How DCSL Beer is Brewed
1. Malt & Mash:

3. Fermentation:

Yeast is introduced to convert sugars into alcohol and carbonation. DCSL beers are aged to perfection for depth and balance.

4. Bottling:

Once matured, the beer is filtered, carbonated, and bottled under strict quality control — ready to be shipped from Sri Lanka to your fridge.
